Our Deluxe 5 bed/4 bath pool/spa home
Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the extended pool deck, you can often spot Eagles soaring above the screened deck, Egrets and Ibis also wander by. There are plenty of comfortable loungers and side tables round the pool and a large table and 6 chairs under the shaded alcove of the lanai. The pool can be heated (extra charged). The property construction was completed in October 2011, it is a single storey ranch style home.

Conveniently located on the peaceful Calabria community, which is approximately 1 mile from the 192 West.
Only 35 miles by car or taxi from Orlando International Airport.
Just 6 miles away from Disney's Animal Kingdom. Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT &
Disney Springs can also be found close by.
Sea World and Universal Studios are within easy driving distances.
There are several restaurants and supermarkets close by.
About Wishes Villa
The story behind Wishes villa starts way back in 1994 when our little girl had her wish granted by the Make A Wish Foundation to go to see Goofy at Disneyworld.
We all had a fantastic time, making memories that would have to last us our lifetime. Carla sadly lost her battle aged just 5 years old the following Christmas.
We, as a family had to pick ourselves up and carry on, it was a few years before we managed to return to Orlando, major health issues continued to plague our family for 17 more years but we continued with our return visits to the place we had come to love. We were eventually in a position to be able to buy somewhere over there, we found this plot of land overlooking a lake and knew if we didn't go for it, the chance would be gone. I was so unsure but a light bulb moment for me was when I realised the name of the community was actually an anagram of Carla and Abi's names, Abi being the older sister who donated bone marrow to Carla. It was like a signal from Carla that we were doing the right thing.
So we bought this plot of land on Calabria, we then had to wait for construction to start, we waited and waited. The realtor eventually contacted us with pictures of the groundbreaking procedure.......89 days later our 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home was complete, the pool and spa were filled and ready to use, the kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge etc, the washer and dryer were in place, the carpets were down and the window blinds were up. We just needed to furnish it and add all the other special touches. We also still needed to come up with a name. Well the name of the community had its connection to Carla, we first went to Florida for Carla's wish, Make A Wish made that possible, we wished for many years to be able to buy a property over there and so Wishes seemed to be the perfect name. This is how Wishes Villa was born.
