Bedrooms
1st King Master bedroom with 43” flat screen wall mounted T.V., large dresser with matching night stands and comfortable easy chair, remote controlled ceiling fan, bedroom window overlooking pool area and lake, en-suite with double walk-in shower cubicle, his and her vanity unit, WC, magnifying mirror and storage cupboard. Also, a large walk-in closet off this bedroom.
2nd King Master bedroom with 43” flat screen wall mounted cable T.V, large dresser with matching night stands and comfortable easy chair, wardrobe, remote controlled ceiling fan and en-suite with double walk-in shower cubicle, vanity unit, magnifying mirror and WC.
1 Queen bedroom with 43” flat screen wall mounted cable T.V, large dresser and matching night stands, ceiling fan and large wardrobe, bedroom window overlooking pool area and lake. Shared bathroom containing; over tub shower, vanity unit and WC, with door opening onto extended pool deck.
1st Twin bedroom containing 2 Twin beds, night stand, child's reclining chair, wardrobe, shared bathroom with the Queen bedroom, wall mounted T.V with DVD player.
2nd Twin bedroom containing 2 Twin beds, night stand, wardrobe and stool with a bathroom next to it. Wall mounted T.V with DVD player.
This bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by the lounge/kitchen, making it ideal for teenagers or Grandparents wanting a bit of privacy while still being close to everyone else. The bathroom consists of over-tub shower, vanity unit, WC and storage cupboard.
Other Spaces
The well-equipped kitchen has a large USA fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the other essential kitchen aids. There is also a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 bar stools on one side of the kitchen and a large pantry for storage of food.
There is a more formal dining area with large marble topped table and 6 chairs at one end of the open plan lounge.
The lounge has a large L shaped sofa with scatter cushions and a throw, a cocktail table with 4 pull-out stools, a 60” flat screen wall mounted cable T.V, storage cabinet and side table, large patio doors overlook the pool from this area with the lake view beyond.
Games room The games room has a 8ft slate pool table, air hockey and foosball tables, electronic darts, a comfortable seating area to allow spectators to watch the games, there is also a ceiling fan fitted to aid comfort. The laundry can be found here too, tastefully disguised behind bi-folding doors. There is a large washing machine and equally large dryer, wash basket and storage shelf.
Also, available: A pack n play cot with bedding, high chair, stroller, baby car seat, bottle steriliser and other baby/child items.
